Heaven’s Army of Resources & Recreation Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a Christ-based community outreach ministry in New Caney, Texas. We are committed to winning souls for the kingdom of God and serving the needs of families at risk in all surrounding communities.
We are a hand up… not a hand out!
We do not receive any funding from state, local or government grants. We are funded solely by churches, businesses and individuals. We do not have a paid staff. All worker’s are volunteers.
It is our vision to have a place where the broken-hearted, unsaved, depressed, frustrated and confused, can find salvation, love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement.

HARRC Ministries provides outreach programs that inform, educate and engage the community in finding positive solutions to problems and to help them overcome various obstacles that impede their progress, livelihood and success.
We provide hands-on programs, outreach activities and the tools needed to help the youth, families, the elderly and the impoverished communities in developing skills to solve everyday challenges so they can have a better quality of life.
We are dedicated to providing programs that are designed to mobilize people of all ages and backgrounds to respond to the challenges. The program goals are to educate and ensure that the emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual development is achieved for participants, by helping every person of every walk of life understand we can eradicate barriers!
Heaven’s Army of Resources & Recreation Center offers programs to people regardless of race, creed, handicap, sexual orientation or income and as available resources will allow, all is offered free of charge to everyone willing to hear the Truth of God’s Word.
